Serengeti Park is located in northern Tanzania, is home to one of the most developed and richest ecosystems on the planet. It was established in 1951, and named a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1981. It includes the Masai Mara and Ngorongoro reserves and occupies an area of over 25,000 km2 of wilderness.

This is where the most impressive spectacle offered by nature takes place, famous for its annual migration of 1.5 million white bearded wildebeest and 250,000 zebras and numerous Nile crocodiles and honey Barger.

The Serengeti is a must-see for all safari enthusiasts traveling in Northern Tanzania. Its typically African landscapes associated with its abundant fauna make it a true paradise for enthusiasts of observation and wildlife adventure photography. It is best discovered in a 4×4 safari vehicle in order to get a more precise idea of the extent of the territory.

Serengeti National Park consists of many animals with all the big five, in short 3million animals live in this park. Serengeti comprise of variety of impressive landscapes, such as savannah, mountains, forests and many rivers. Many predators also live there, including more than 4000 lions, around 225 cheetahs, 1000 leopards, 3500 hyenas and hundreds of African wild dogs! Of course, there are also many mammals such as elephants, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, rhinos, waterbucks (sing-sing antelope), wild boars and various species of antelopes and primates.
